• Wield a stop/slow paddle like a pro
• Guide drivers safely through construction zones
• Set up signs like a traffic ninja on utility sites
• Keep your cool while keeping everyone safe
• Follow safety rules like your life depends on it—because it kind of does

• You show up on time and ready to go (coffee optional but encouraged)
• You can stand for long periods and don't melt in the rain
• You've got a valid driver's license and a ride that gets you to work
• You're a team player with a can-do attitude and a sense of humor
