Our dairy cooperative is seeking a regular, full-time Warehouse & Shuttle Driver based at our Enfield Distribution Center for a Friday-Tuesday on 1st shift. This position offers a pay range of $29.29/hr.- $31.14/hr. This full-time hourly position, based at the Enfield Warehouse is responsible for shuttling production needs back and forth from West Springfield to the Enfield Distribution Center. Other additional transportation needs will be required as needed for local deliveries or equipment repair. Communication throughout the day with the other shuttle drivers to ensure all loads are covered for the day. Trailers must be dropped consistently at the same height and landing gear cranked appropriately. A minimum of 3 years driving experience is needed and requires a valid Class A CDL license, valid DOT Medical Card, clean MVR and comprehensive knowledge of DOT hours of services. Experience with ELD's preferred but not required. Ability to lift 40 pounds on a consistent basis with neat appearance and professional communication skills is mandatory.
