Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a Training & Experience Consultant (WealthPort) to support the education, development, and ongoing success of financial professionals and home office associates using our WealthPort trading platform. In this role, you will combine your financial industry knowledge, customer service mindset, and training abilities to deliver impactful learning experiences and provide day-to-day support for users of the WealthPort system. You'll play a key role in helping financial professionals confidently navigate trading technology, understand operational processes, and enhance their overall experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys presenting, solving problems, collaborating with others, and making a meaningful impact through training and relationship-building. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities Training & Development Deliver engaging training sessions to new and existing financial professionals and home office associates on the WealthPort trading system and related processes Gather and evaluate participant feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and user experience Assist in the organization, planning, development, and execution of training programs, materials, software resources, and learning modules Present live onsite trainings, virtual sessions, and system overviews for financial professionals and internal teams Research industry trends, training best practices, and operational procedures to support future learning initiatives and content development System Support & Client Experience Provide exceptional customer service related to training and ongoing use of the WealthPort trading platform Troubleshoot trade-related issues and partner with internal teams to resolve questions in a timely and professional manner Respond to reporting requests, enhancement inquiries, and system-related questions from management, associates, and financial professionals Build strong working relationships with financial professionals by serving as a knowledgeable and approachable resource Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Partner with internal departments to identify training opportunities and process improvements Contribute ideas to enhance learning experiences, operational workflows, and platform usability Support initiatives focused on improving advisor adoption, engagement, and confidence with trading technology What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping others succeed. This individual brings entry-to-intermediate industry experience, an active FINRA Series 7 license, and the ability to communicate complex technical or operational concepts in a clear, engaging, and approachable manner. They are confident presenting to a variety of audiences, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer support while balancing training, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operational responsibilities.
Salary Range:
$50,000 - $60,000 plus incentive compensation. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate's qualifications, the company's operational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, education, performance, internal equity, and geographic location.
