Training Assistant

We are seeking an individual to join our Training Department team who will project a professional image through in person, phone, and email interactions with all employees, clients, and applicants. This full time Training Assistant will mainly provide administrative support to the Training Department.

Duties may include:

Assist the Workforce Development Manager as required in maintaining and executing all training Data entry and scanning/filing of all training documents Keep track of employees training records and maintain them Assist with set up and communication of all trainings Assist trainers with preparation of training classes Administer and improve the Learning Management System(LMS) Assist in the design and updating of training content High school diploma or equivalent Driver's license with good record 1-3 years general office clerical experience Excellent interpersonal skills - outgoing and pleasant personality Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, & attention to detail Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook, data entry Vaughn Industries is a family owned construction company headquartered in Carey, Ohio that has been in business for 60 years.
