Job Description

The Training Communications Lead will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing communication strategies and initiatives related to training programs within an organization. They will support the DMSS program by creating training materials, managing internal and external communications regarding the training documentation progress, monitor the effectiveness of the material and collaborating with the scrum teams and stakeholders. The Training Communications Lead must have strong verbal, written and communication skills to interact with the teams, client and stakeholders.

Analyze complex software enhancements to determine the best training approachDesign and Develop training materials the ensure the best user learning experienceApply Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum for the training teamDevelop and maintain training processes and proceduresCreate Epics, Features, user stories and tasks that will be used to track items of workEnsure that work items are completed at the end of each sprintEnsure the training materials are updated across various training and knowledge base learning platformsCollaborate with other teams to understand the intricacies of the software application and changes that affect the end user experienceLead weekly and monthly meetings with the client and stakeholdersDeliver end of sprint planning reportsPartake in application demonstrations with internal and external stakeholdersInteract with required stakeholders including Client Program Management Office, Scrum Development Team, infrastructure managers, and SME Team to understand the needs of end users and document those needs as training development requirementsSupport software testing as it may relate to GUI and Help System updatesSupport continuous innovation by implementing industry best training practices to improve technology tools and processes to increase team efficiency and technical execution
