Job Description
Vaughn has an opening for a Training Coordinator . The Training Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and administration of employee training programs across the organization. This role works closely with field leadership, safety, and HR teams to ensure employees receive required training and certifications in a timely and compliant manner. Responsibilities include scheduling training, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement of training processes.
Duties:
Partner with managers to identify training needs and skill gaps Design, update, and deliver training materials and programs (in-person, on-the-job, and virtual) Manage training schedules, sessions, and communications to employees and leadership Maintain and audit training records to ensure accuracy and compliance Develop role-specific training plans, manuals, and learning resources Promote continuous learning and employee participation in development opportunities Stay current on training best practices and integrate new tools and technologies Administer and improve the Learning Management System (LMS) High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record 2-5 years' experience in an administrative role and/or related education required Experience in a training role is a PLUS! Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer systems Vaughn Industries is a family owned construction company headquartered in Carey, Ohio that has been in business for over 60 years.
