Key Responsibilities:

Research, analyze, and update consumer information across multiple proprietary systems. Process and submit accurate denial letters following strict procedural guidelines. Screen consumers by entering data into third-party application forms with high precision. Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries, providing calm conflict resolution for frustrated callers. Meet daily productivity and quality standards while documenting all interactions accurately.

Qualifications:

Must meet at least two: Associate s degree, 6+ months in a call center, or eligibility processing experience. Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM. strong technical proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a "social service" mindset. Reliability and strict adherence to attendance policies.
