We are seeking an experienced Transformation Coach to support business execution and delivery transformation initiatives within Global Payments and Liquidity. This role involves partnering closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and delivery teams to improve execution, coach feature-level ownership, and solve complex business challenges across multiple initiatives. Please note, this is not an Agile Coach role. While familiarity with Agile concepts is helpful, the primary focus is on hands-on transformation, execution, and product enablement within a regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a Transformation Coach and execution partner across multiple payment and banking initiatives. Coach Product Owners at the feature level, helping them define, prioritize, and execute work effectively. Guide Product Owners and Product Managers on delivery tools, workflows, and enterprise execution practices. Support delivery across multiple teams and workstreams simultaneously, beyond a single scrum team. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify blockers and solve complex business issues. Enable alignment between business goals, product strategy, and execution. Provide structure, clarity, and consistency during transformation efforts. Adapt transformation and delivery practices to meet banking, payments, and regulatory requirements.

Domain Focus:

Global Payments and Liquidity. Banking platforms and operations. Payment rails including ACH and Wires. Enterprise financial services environments.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in banking or financial services environments. Experience supporting business or digital transformation initiatives. Proven ability to coach Product Owners and Product Managers. Strong experience managing or supporting multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to solve business problems, not just manage processes. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills. Experience working in complex, regulated enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in Project Management, Product Management, Delivery Leadership, or Transformation roles. Experience within Payments, Liquidity, or Core Banking. Comfort working with both business and technology teams. Technical or engineering background is a plus but not required.

Pay Range:
