Transplant Coordinator RN Full-time Day Providence Health & Services life insurance, parental leave, 401(k) United States, California, Orange May 15, 2026 Description Under the direction of the Department Manager of the Renal Center and Renal Transplant Medical Director, the Transplant Coordinator provides professional direct and indirect multi-problem nursing care for a selected population of transplant candidates, recipients, and living donors; serves as coordinator between patients, hospital staff, community physicians, and the transplant center; does related work as required. Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training:

Graduate of a school of nursing ,or current enrollment in an accelerated program leading to a BSN or MSN degree. Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License 1 year Nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

upon hire: Certification CCTC or CCTN through the American Board of Transplant Coordinators 1 year organ transplant or procurement experience. Knowledge and abilities of Staff RN II category; advanced nursing theory and practice in the area of transplantation in particular. Why Join Providence?
