Transport Driver

Meadowbrook at Oconto Falls is seeking a compassionate, dependable individual who enjoys working with the elderly to join our team as a Driver / Transportation Aide. This role is responsible for safely transporting residents and employees while providing exceptional customer service and support. The ideal candidate will be a licensed driver who is comfortable assisting elderly residents, including individuals with limited mobility or medical needs. We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong commitment to resident care and safety. Responsibilities Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous transportation services Safely transport residents to and from: On-campus locations Off-campus medical appointments Scheduled outings and destinations Transport employees to approved on- and off-campus destinations as needed Communicate transportation updates, delays, and cancellations to dispatch and departments in a timely manner Follow all safe resident handling policies and procedures Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor as a representative of the facility Assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle when appropriate Requirements High school diploma or G.E.D. Prior experience in a hospital, healthcare, or senior living environment preferred Valid Wisconsin driver's license Personal automobile insurance coverage Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build positive relationships with older adults Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented Why Join Us?
