Transportation Broker

Our brokerage team maintains and grows relationships between carrier partners and OnLine Transport. They understand the carrier's strengths and use that knowledge to match the best carrier to our customer needs.

Duties:

Build a portfolio of safe, reliable carriers through research and sales calls. Help to expend our network of dedicated carriers to provide our customers with more options and savings. Manage customer's freight from pick up to delivery. Negotiate and develop new rates and lanes with carriers. Provide rate input expertise to help Business Development and Account Management team. Exceed expectations and be noticed for advancement opportunities.

Job Requirements:
