Transportation Driver Legacy Healthcare Financial Services LLC United States, Iowa, Emmetsburg 2405 21st Street (Show on map) May 15, 2026 Summary/Objective In keeping with our organization's goal of improving the lives of the residents we serve, the Driver is responsible for getting clients with mobility challenges to their destinations safely and on time. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1. Arrive to work in a timely manner. 2. Take work orders from supervisor for client trip. 3. Drive clients to their destinations on time, including clients with oxygen tanks, intravenous pumps, drips and special equipment. 4. Assist clients as they get into and out of the vehicle. 5. Report back to the supervisor when clients have been dropped off at their destination. 6. Report any incidents or accidents to the supervisor. 7. Operate wheelchair lifts as needed. 8. Adhere to company policies and protocol. 9. Assure that established infection control and standard precaution practices are maintained. 10. Follow established safety precautions when performing tasks and using equipment and supplies. 11. Maintains the comfort, privacy and dignity of residents and interacts with them in a manner that displays warmth, respect and promotes a caring environment. 12. Reports all hazardous conditions, damaged equipment, accidents/incidents and supply issues to the supervisor.
