Driver Experience Salary Range:
$52,104 - $78,156 annually, plus bonus opportunity You consider it a good day at work if you can help someone. As a Transportation Technology Analyst, you will support purchased and internally developed software applications and transportation hardware. You will partner with transportation staff, drivers, and IT to resolve user issues and deploy new features that address changing operational needs. This role offers opportunities to innovate as technology continues to evolve.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide application troubleshooting and problem resolution to the applications assigned, continuously monitor, and resolve application issues, and provide advice and training to end users. Work closely with IT Development staff and support vendors to solve system issues. Manage client devices including driver mobile handheld device and related accessories. Power user and resource of all DTI mobile devices and applications. Train managers, staff, and drivers on the use of driver mobile devices and related Troubleshoot, monitor, research, and test various systems and Work with IT staff to develop new transportation mobile applications. Mobile device management Additional work as assigned. Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of
DTI. YOU MUST HAVE
Degree or comparable Dot experience Effective training, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Office
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
Experience in transportation operations Mobile Device Management experience
ROLE SPECIFICS
Schedule:
Monday - Friday with on-call responsibilities
Travel:
Occasional overnight travel required. Must have ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train for customer/vendor calls, training, or meetings.
