•Join our dynamic team at Executive Enterprise Services as an Airport Passenger Assistance Agent at XNA, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a smooth, safe, and welcoming travel experience for all passengers. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting travelers with their needs, guiding them through airport procedures, and ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to efficient airport operations and elevate the passenger journey from check-in to boarding.
FULL TIME/ WEEKDAY MONDAY-FRIDAY PART TIME/ WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE
: 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 5AM-2PM
ALL WORK IS DONE AT NORTHWEST ARKANSAS NATIONAL AIRPORT
(XNA) Duties Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding processes to ensure a seamless travel experience Provide clear directions and information regarding airport facilities, security protocols, and flight schedules Support travelers with special needs or mobility challenges by providing wheelchair assistance. Enforce safety and security policies by monitoring passenger behavior and reporting any suspicious activity or incidents to relevant authorities Perform light housekeeping tasks Experience Prior experience in customer service, preffered. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse travelers and team members Familiarity with airport layouts, security protocols, and emergency procedures is a plus A proactive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering exceptional service Join us in making every journey memorable!
