Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Kahului, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for travelers, staff, and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to travelers, airport personnel, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established airport and government location protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, access points, perimeter areas, and other assigned airport locations to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to restricted areas, check credentials as assigned, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
At least one year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
