full-time Company Description Solara Global Jet was founded by aviation professionals to solve a core challenge in private charter: critical decisions are often made with limited, incomplete information. The company focuses on more than aircraft availability and price, evaluating operators, crews, aircraft suitability, weather plans, runway conditions, and contingency options to ensure every flight is safe, reliable, and appropriate for the mission. As a pilot-founded organization, Solara brings disciplined aviation judgment to each recommendation, grounded in real-world flight experience. Team members collaborate to deliver a higher standard of private aviation service that looks beyond quotes and listings to what truly impacts the client's journey. Role Description This is an on-site role based in Omaha, NE. The individual in this position will support daily operations related to private charter services, including coordinating flight details, communicating with clients and internal teams, and helping ensure that each trip aligns with Solara's safety and quality standards. Responsibilities may include gathering and organizing operational data, assisting with scheduling and logistics, and following established procedures to support disciplined decision-making. The role involves close collaboration with aviation professionals and requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence. Qualifications Ability to collaborate effectively with aviation, operations, and customer service teams to support safe and reliable private charter services. Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple trips, schedules, and details under changing conditions. Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, crew members, and internal stakeholders. Comfort working in a structured, procedure-driven environment with a focus on safety, accuracy, and accountability. Proficiency with standard office software and tools; ability to learn aviation-related systems and platforms. Customer-focused mindset, professional demeanor, and discretion when handling sensitive client information. Relevant experience in aviation, logistics, hospitality, or operations is beneficial. Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Aviation, Business, or Communications) or equivalent practical experience preferred.
