Job Description
Description + Assist passengers requiring wheelchair or mobility assistance throughout the airport + Transport passengers safely between ticket counters, security checkpoints, gates, baggage claim, and connecting flights + Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning aircraft when required + Provide excellent customer service and professional communication to passengers and families + Assist elderly passengers, individuals with disabilities, and travelers requiring special assistance + Handle wheelchairs and mobility equipment safely and properly + Coordinate with gate agents, airline staff, and airport personnel to ensure timely passenger assistance + Respond promptly to wheelchair service requests and maintain efficient passenger flow + Assist with light baggage handling when necessary + Follow all airport safety procedures, airline policies, and TSA regulations + Report operational concerns, passenger incidents, or equipment issues to supervisors promptly + Maintain professionalism, patience, and sensitivity while assisting passengers + Perform other duties as requested To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
