Job Summary:
The purpose of the Supervisor of Airport Services is to help enable our Airport Services Concierge to provide an unparalleled customer experience for our JSX passengers through efficient, uniformed and consistent service. Responsibilities/Day in theLife Tasks:
Create and Maintain an environment where the Airport Services Concierge team can thrive Maintain a working knowledge of systems, products and policies in order to assist/guide/ensure the Concierge team is set up for success. Ensure accurate time card reporting of the Airport Services team Schedule Ninja- Able to oversee the schedules for the Airport Services team to ensure lean, mean money making machine coverage Acts as Team Captain
- is the voice of the ASC team when needing resolution or help from the Director; but also directly corrects any missteps, inaccuracies, mistakes made by a concierge Ensure the concierge team is always working as efficiently as possible and is provided the tools to do so.

- Able to be the go to for questions, concerns, assistance from other departments Work with the Station's Controller to ensure quick effective communication for all IROP's In order to maintain a consistent and seamless experience for our customers the supervisor must maintain an open and constant dialogue with FBO partners Marshall/direct aircraft to/from gate(s) or other designated areas Load/unload and transport baggage, mail, and other designated cargo Assist in cleaning customer lounges and aircraft cabin between flights Stock aircraft with needed supplies and prepare stock for inbound/outbound aircraft Safe operation of equipment required to move luggage/cargo, tow planes between gates and direct aircraft to designated parking areas

Required:
Experience- High School Degree 2 Years Airport Operations Experience 4 Years of interacting with Customers/People delivering services face to face Licenses & Certifications
- Must possess a valid Driver's License for operating ground support equipment Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Ability to maintain a cool calm collected manner with facing a stressful situation Must be able to make decisions that reflect the safety and integrity of the organization based on our values Always able to meet a negative with a positive Ability to prioritize tasks and execute them accordingly with a high degree of focus Impeccable verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge

Basic Requirements:
Must be able to travel often Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, lifting and prolonged periods of standing Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays Participate in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines In compliance with federal aviation security requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals.We do whatever it takes:
