We focus on ensuring that travelers can reliably get to and from airports while drivers see airports as attractive, sustainable earning opportunities. We work closely with regional operations and tech teams to design the right marketplace, pricing, and product strategies for airports. Role Overview As a Global Airports Earner & Marketplace Operations specialist, you will support core pieces of our earner and marketplace strategy at airports globally. You will use data to diagnose marketplace issues, help evaluate pricing and product changes, and contribute to playbooks that improve reliability, conversion, and driver earnings at scale. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, comfortable working with data, and able to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders, from regional operations partners to product and engineering teams. What the Candidate Will Do Looking for a data-driven candidate that can collaborate cross-functionally to: Solve our largest marketplace challenges
  • Define health standards and best practices and deep dive into experience challenges when necessary. Lead high-impact, advanced investigations of Marketplace degradations and develop global-first proposals with Mega-Regional Ops / Tech teams Provide Global Marketplace support
  • Collaborate closely with Mega-Regional Ops in reaching new Marketplace heights through consultation / execution and by amplifying their voice in conversations with tech or during product planning cycles Build and refine automated monitoring and alerting
  • Surface and act early on marketplace or driver-experience issues at airports Strengthen our data foundations for airports
  • Build and maintain recurring reporting and dashboards that help global and regional stakeholders quickly understand how airports are performing. I mprove data definitions, documentation, and self-serve tools that make it easier for others to work with airport data. Optimize our product features
  • Partner with Ops and Tech teams to scope, test and implement new product ideas and tools for airports.
Basic Qualifications 4-7 years of professional experience. Experience in strategy, operations, analytics, consulting, or a similar data-driven role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience breaking down ambiguous problems into structured, answerable questions. Comfort using Generative AI tools as a force multiplier for analytical and data-driven problem solving. High proficiency with data, including: Ability to query and work directly with data (for example, SQL or similar tools). Experience building analyses and visualizations in spreadsheets and/or business intelligence tools. Proven ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations, including weighing trade-offs between growth, reliability, and driver experience. Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including influencing cross-functional partners and aligning on priorities in a fast-moving environment. Given this is a global program team there is a higher level of regional and cross functional engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of tailoring messages to different audiences (operations, product, engineering, leadership). Preferred Qualifications Experience working on or around a marketplace or platform business. Exposure to pricing, incentives, or supply/driver strategy. Experience working across multiple regions or markets, and comfort balancing global frameworks with local context. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year
  • USD$145,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year
  • USD$145,500 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$118,000 per year
  • USD$131,000 per year. For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year
  • USD$145,500 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
