• Full-Time | Must be available for all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) +

• What You'll Do
• As a Product Acceptance Specialist, you'll play a vital role in maintaining aerospace quality and compliance standards by verifying product conformity, identifying discrepancies, and supporting inspection and verification activities across production operations.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Verify product conformance to engineering and design requirements + Provide objective evidence and documentation of inspection results + Perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring activities + Identify, document, and track discrepancies using non-conformance systems + Segregate and control non-conforming materials and components + Review and support rework dispositions + Participate in product and process verification reviews with internal customers + Assist with maintaining quality and compliance standards throughout production operations + Support rotating weekend schedules and overtime needs as required •Required Qualifications•+ Aviation or aircraft mechanic experience + Inspection experience within aviation, aerospace, or manufacturing environments + Ability to read and follow quality procedures and technical requirements + Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience + Flexibility to work variable shifts and rotating weekends + •This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
