Job Description

Overview The Aviation Audit and Consulting Specialists provides aviation auditing, technical qualification, and consulting services for fixed-wing (FW), rotary-wing (RW), and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). Ensures compliance with international regulations, company standards, and safety requirements while supporting operational performance and oversight. Responsibilities Perform and supervise technical qualification of FW, RW, and UAS operators Support development and updates of aviation technical standards in compliance with regulations Draft technical specifications and evaluate bidder proposals for aviation services Plan, participate in, and follow up on third-party audits and non-conformities; conduct additional audits as needed Support UAS operations, including provider qualification, inspection, and oversight Prepare aviation reports to meet regulatory and KPI requirements Assist with budgeting, cost control, and fleet planning for safe operations Participate in accident and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis Qualifications Minimum 10 years' experience in aviation operations, maintenance, safety, or quality with aircraft operators Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and auditing practices.
Preferred:
UAS (drone) certification and experience Fixed-wing or rotary-wing pilot license Aeronautical maintenance engineer license
