In this role, you will safely transport passengers to various destinations including school trips, corporate events, tours, and private charters while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a charter bus or SPAB vehicle in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Transport passengers to and from designated locations on time Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable bus environment Provide courteous and professional customer service to passengers Follow assigned routes and schedules while adapting to traffic or weather conditions Complete required logs and documentation accurately Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on passenger comfort and safety Requirements Valid California Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement and Air Brakes Valid SPAB certification (or willingness to obtain) Clean driving record Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience (preferred) Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical Strong communication and customer service skills Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings Preferred Qualifications Experience driving charter buses, tour buses, or school activity buses Knowledge of Southern California routes and traffic patterns Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus We're looking for energetic professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering outstanding transportation experiences.
