Full-Time Bus Driver

CDL Class A or B Motorcoach Driver (Charter & Tours) Passenger Endorsement Required | $22-$30/hr | Full-Time Since 1979, Best Tours & Travel has delivered safe, comfortable charter and tour transportation across California. Position Summary We're hiring CDL Class A or B Motorcoach Drivers (full-time and part-time). This is a customer-facing passenger role focused on safety, professionalism, and service. What You'll Be Doing Operate motorcoaches safely on highways, city streets, mountains, and tight locations Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and luggage Communicate clearly with group leaders and dispatch Drive charter trips, tours, and special events throughout California (and occasional out-of-state trips) Maintain logs, mileage, and inspection paperwork (ELD/logs as required) Minimum Requirements Valid CDL Class A or B Passenger endorsement Air Brake endorsement 1-2 years of commercial driving experience (motorcoach, transit, or school bus preferred) California SPAB certification Or School Bus certification (or ability to obtain before school trips) Clean driving record and strong safety mindset Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights Professional appearance and customer-service attitude Ability to lift and handle luggage as needed Pay & Scheduling $22.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on trip type, mileage, and assignment) Full-time and part-time opportunities Schedule varies by charter and tour demand Why Drivers Choose Best Tours & Travel Long-standing relationships with schools, churches, nonprofits, and sports groups Well-maintained, SPAB-certified motorcoaches Safety-focused culture with strong maintenance and training standards Variety of trips—no repetitive routes Opportunity to travel and meet great people

Pay:
