Job Description
Job Overview Red Rocks Shuttle provides public and private transportation to and from Red Rocks concerts. We are a customer-focused transportation company committed to providing safe, reliable, and exceptional service. We are looking for experienced, professional, and dependable CDL Motorcoach Drivers to operate 56-passenger motorcoaches for our Red Rocks concert transportation. We are currently hiring for part-time and on-call positions. Our drivers are an important part of our customers' Red Rocks experience. We are looking for people who take pride in safe driving, professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate a 56-passenger motorcoach. Transport passengers to and from Red Rocks concerts and other assigned destinations. Follow scheduled departure and pickup times. Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Follow all DOT requirements, traffic laws, company safety procedures, and hours-of-service requirements. Communicate professionally with passengers and company staff. Maintain the cleanliness and professional presentation of the vehicle. Requirements Must be at least 25 years old to meet company insurance requirements. Must be a Colorado resident. Must possess a valid CDL Class B with Passenger (P) endorsement and Air brakes. Must have a clean and acceptable driving record. Must be available to work evenings and night shifts, including weekends. Must be dependable, punctual, and well-rested for every scheduled shift. Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using it for work-related communication and navigation. Must provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with passengers. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must successfully complete required background and driving-record checks. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate and satisfy applicable DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements. Must maintain a professional appearance and professional conduct with customers, coworkers, venues, and business partners.
