The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to various destinations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to ensuring a pleasant travel experience for all passengers. Duties Safely operate motor coaches, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes, schedules, and safety procedures. Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and mechanical integrity. Assist passengers with boarding and alighting from the vehicle, including those with special needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the motor coach interior. Manage schedules efficiently to ensure timely arrivals at destinations. Address any passenger inquiries or concerns in a professional manner. Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and passenger counts. Experience Previous experience in bus driving, limousine services, or as a delivery driver is preferred. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety practices is essential. Experience in paratransit or shuttle driving is a plus. Background in school bus driving or van driving will be considered an asset. Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance is advantageous. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with passengers and team members.
