Drivers are guaranteed 6-8 hours minimum daily on school days by contract. Part time positions have no benefits and get 5.75 hours daily maximum. Part time employees get first consideration for any Full time openings as they become available. Weekends off! Holidays off! Any time kids are out of school, you are also off work, and some federal holidays are paid time off. Thanksgiving break is one week, winter break is two weeks, spring break is one week, and summer vacation is approximately two months.
