We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Bus Driver to join our family and ensure our young students get to and from school safely and with a smile.

Job Overview:

Position:

Bus Driver (15-passenger van

• No CDL Required)

Schedule:

Part-time, 7-8 hours per week ( 2:30-4:00pm afternoons during the school year , summer times vary)

Pay:

$18-22 per hour, based on qualifications and driving record

Location:

Monroe area, picking up from local elementary schools and transporting to our studio

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport elementary school children from local schools to our Motivate Martial Arts studio. Ensure a fun, positive, and secure environment during rides

• we want every trip to feel like an adventure with discipline!

Perform basic vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness of the van. Interact kindly with children, parents, and school staff to uphold our high standards of service.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license required; no CDL necessary, but it's a plus if you have one! Clean driving record (we'll check to ensure safety for our kids). Must genuinely enjoy working with children

• patience, energy, and a positive attitude are essential.

Reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check. Previous experience driving vans or working with youth is preferred but not required.
