Base Locations:
We have 2 base locations in Ames and Des Moines Iowa. What You'll Do Safely operate modern motorcoaches and buses for a wide range of clients and destinations Deliver outstanding customer service—be the face of our commitment to safety, reliability, and environmental responsibility Work alongside a supportive, professional team that values your expertise and dedication Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation What We're Looking For Valid CDL with passenger endorsement (CDL-B or CDL-A preferred) Clean driving record Prior experience driving buses, coaches, or shuttles preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Basic mechanical knowledge for inspections and minor issues Dependable, professional, and safety-minded Perks & Benefits Starting pay at $22.50 per hour 7 paid holidays, vacation time, and RTO (Requested Time Off) 401(k) with company match Bereavement pay, short- and long-term disability options Be Part of Something Bigger At CIT Signature Transportation, you're not just a driver—you're a valued team member shaping unforgettable journeys for our passengers and making a positive impact on Iowa's roads and communities.
