Looking for a flexible role where you can get out in the community, connect with people, and make a difference? At Holland Farms Senior Living , an Agemark Senior Living community, our Shuttle Bus Drivers help residents safely get where they need to go while making every trip comfortable and enjoyable. We're looking for an On-Call Shuttle Bus Driver who is dependable, safety-minded, and enjoys helping others. What You'll Do Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and community events Assist residents getting in and out of the vehicle as needed Help ensure residents are safe and comfortable throughout each trip Keep the community vehicle clean, organized, and ready to go Provide friendly and professional service to residents, families, and team members Follow all applicable driving and passenger safety requirements Complete basic vehicle inspections and help keep required documentation current Support other areas of the community as needed Who You Are Hold a valid CDL with a Class B endorsement; passenger endorsement preferred Have a clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working an on-call schedule Comfortable assisting seniors with mobility needs Friendly, patient, and professional Enjoy working with people and being part of a team Why You'll Love This Role Make a
