Our building is located in the Avimor Community of Eagle, Idaho, approximately 16-miles north of downtown Boise. The mission of Idaho Novus Classical Academy is to train the minds and improve the hearts of students through a classical, content-rich curriculum that emphasizes virtuous living, traditional learning, and civic responsibility. To accomplish this mission, we offer students an American classical education. We are conducting a search for mission aligned bus drivers for positions available right now. Bus Driver Qualifications

• 21 years of age
• Clean driving record
• 3 years or more of personal driving experience Prospective bus drivers must be able to pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug test, and criminal background check.

Experienced bus drivers that have a CDL with P and S endorsements as well as airbrake endorsement are preferred, but Idaho Novus Classical Academy will provide paid training for good drivers without school bus experience. We are seeking full route AM/PM drivers. These routes are anticipated to average about 20 hours per week. The additional 20 hours per week will be spent performing light custodial duties within and around the school. The starting wage for experienced bus drivers is $23.00 per hour. Drivers who require initial training will be paid $17.00 per hour during training and will start at $22.00 per hour.
