Ensure the safety and well-being of students during transportation. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding schedules and any issues. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to maintain mechanical integrity. Assist students in boarding and exiting the bus, particularly those with special needs. Maintain a clean and organized bus environment for all passengers.
