Our drivers have flexible hours and time off during school holidays.   • We will teach you to be a professional School Bus Driver We are proud to offer: $26.50 to $30.75 per hour for bus drivers (based on experience) Hire on now at our Wilmington location, represented by the Teamsters, for 25/26 wages starting at $22.00 up to $30.75 based on experience

Hours of School Bus Driver:
Route Hours guaranteed up to 5.5 hours per day when school is in session
  • Additional work hours available with field trips and charters Summer School routes available
  • Work year-round with School Holiday breaks
