CNA Transports is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Bus Driver / Class B CDL Driver to provide reliable passenger and workforce transportation services. This role requires professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, orderly transport while fostering a positive, respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate company buses and passenger vehicles on assigned routes. Transport passengers safely between designated pickup and drop-off locations. Follow assigned schedules, routes, and operating procedures. Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained vehicle. Communicate respectfully and professionally with passengers, staff, and client representatives. Promptly report vehicle concerns, delays, incidents, or other issues. Maintain accurate trip and mileage records as required. Follow applicable DOT, CDL, safety, and company requirements. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with clients and passengers.
Qualifications:
Valid Class B CDL preferred. Passenger (P) endorsement preferred or ability to obtain one. Safe and responsible driving record. Previous bus, shuttle, commercial, or passenger transportation experience preferred. Reliable transportation to and from work. Strong punctuality, communication, and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently and follow established schedules. Must be able to pass required background screening and DOT-compliant drug and alcohol testing . Must meet all applicable CDL and transportation safety requirements.
Compensation & Benefits:
$25.00 per hour Quarterly performance bonus based on attendance, reliability, safety, professionalism, and overall job performance. Consistent scheduled routes and dependable work. Work Environment:
This position involves providing workforce and passenger transportation services. Assignments may include transportation involving secure or controlled-access facilities. Drivers are expected to maintain a calm, respectful, safety-focused approach and exercise good judgment in all situations. Variable shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
