Shuttle Bus Driver

Job Summary:

CNA Transports is seeking a responsible and safety-conscious Shuttle Bus Driver to transport to and from designated job sites. This role requires professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining secure, orderly transport while fostering a positive, respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a shuttle bus along scheduled routes, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs. Monitor and oversee passengers during transit, maintaining order and adherence to rules. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting maintenance needs promptly. Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, attendance, and any incidents. Communicate effectively with staff and program supervisors to coordinate logistics. Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies or unexpected situations.

Qualifications:

Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with passenger endorsement preferred. Clean driving record and strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations. Prior experience in transportation or security-related roles is a plus. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to pass background checks and other security clearances as required.
