Local Motion, LLC Job Description 🚍 School Bus Driver Local Motion | Newton, MA Already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements? ➡️ Earn a $2,500 Sign On Bonus (effective March 6, 2026) No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training. 💰

Pay & Schedule Pay:

Up to $34/hour

Paid Training:

$20/hour

Charter/Activity Trips:

$27/hour

Schedule:

Split shift (AM/PM), 30+ hours per week Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours ✅ Why Drive with Local Motion? Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one Safe driving record Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience Ability to pass background check & drug screening Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written) 👥 Ideal Candidates This role is specifically curated for those who value purpose over a 9-to-5 grind:
