Full Job Description Substitute Bus DriverSalary Range:

$23.99 Join the Swansea Public Schools transportation team as a Substitute Bus Driver. This position is on call, as needed, for afterschool sports and daytime field trips. Safety is our top priority, and we are looking for responsible individuals to help ensure the well-being of our students every day.

Qualifications Required:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Three continuous years of driving experienceMust have a safe driving record and be able to provide documentation

Other:

Valid drivers licenseValid CDL & School Bus CertificateMust be at least 21 years oldSuccessfully complete CORI and fingerprint-based background checksSuccessfully complete substance abuse screeningMust be able to safely transport students to and from school, following assigned routes/schedules and adhere to all traffic lawsSuccessful completion of CORI and Fingerprinting background checks.
