Medical, dental, and vision insurance Pension/retirement plan Paid time off & paid holidays Overtime opportunities Job security and representation Paid training & career advancement Job Summary Responsibilities Safely operate transit buses through city streets and freeway traffic Provide excellent customer service to all passengers Follow assigned routes and make designated stops Assist passengers with disabilities, including wheelchair lifts and restraints Complete pre‑trip inspections and DVIRs Communicate incidents, detours, and updates to dispatch Follow all safety policies, traffic laws, and operational procedures Handle fare collection and passenger counts accurately Report accidents or unusual incidents properly Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements At least 21 years old High school diploma or GED Must pass a DOT Physical Ability to work various shifts (schedule based on seniority) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to operate large vehicles safely (training provided if needed) Why Work With Us?
