Come in and chat and take the bus for a spin - No pressure!

+ We provide free CDL-B training and reimburse all costs in obtaining your CDL. The only thing you need to provide is your time.

+ This position is great for parents who want to be involved in their school community, retirees or if you just need some extra cash with free time during the day.

+ Reliability and consistency is a MUST - Families will be depending on you to drive their students rain or shine to and from school.

+ Frequent opportunities to work part time in other school positions during between pick up and drop off times.

+ When school is out you are out.

+ Opportunities for bonus pay with school field trips - watch sports and get paid!

JOB REQUIRMENTS

Random Drug Screening, annual DOT physicals, and driver continued education (All paid for by the school) Drives a school bus safely and professionally. Reacts appropriately and independently in emergency situations. Maintains a safe environment on the bus. Keeps all student, parent, and staff information confidential. Participates in required training Complies with all traffic ordinances. Shows proficiency in handling and maneuvering school bus. Performs and properly completes daily pre-trip inspections. Keeps assigned schedule. Reports mechanical problems. Operates radio to report delays, break-downs, or accidents.
