Open Until Filled The Becker Public Schools Transportation Department is looking for a patient, caring and supportive individual who will be a positive team player while assisting safely within the transportation department.
Job Summary:
Safely operate school buses while transporting district students to and from school. Conduct daily pre-trips for all type III vehicles for student transportation. Ability to clearly communicate and follow directions with district employees, students, and parents. Be a team player with the transportation department, and the district as a whole. Follow all school district policies as well as federal, state, and local laws. This position will be directed by the transportation office staff and will assist with routes and any other needs for the school district, as assigned.
Hours:
Monday through Friday AM/PM during the school year, approximately 4 hours per day. Start and end times will vary based on the needs of Becker Public Schools, and the route.
Requirements/Licensure:
Clean driving record, Class B Minnesota Commercial Driver's License with general knowledge of school buses and passenger endorsements without the air brake restriction (all district vehicles require air brake). We are willing to train the right candidate!
Salary:
