Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during transit. Provide exceptional customer service and assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior. Follow established routes and schedules. Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Communicate effectively with passengers, parents, and team members. Address passenger questions and concerns in a professional manner. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience as a bus or van driver preferred, but not required. Experience working with children is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to write reports and maintain accurate records. Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle awareness and troubleshooting. Knowledge of childcare and behavior management techniques is beneficial. Multilingual abilities are a plus. A commitment to safety, reliability, and serving others.
