We invest in our drivers because we know they're the heart of everything we do. What You'll Do Safely transport students and passengers to and from designated locations. Ensure the safety and well-being of every passenger throughout the route. Create a positive experience by providing exceptional customer service. Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle when needed. Follow established routes and schedules while adapting to changing conditions. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle environment. Comply with all traffic laws, safety standards, and company procedures. Communicate effectively with passengers, families, and team members. What You'll Bring A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous bus or van driving experience is preferred, but not required. Experience working with children is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. The ability to maintain accurate records and complete reports. Basic mechanical knowledge for simple troubleshooting and vehicle awareness. Knowledge of childcare and behavior management techniques is beneficial. Multilingual abilities are an added advantage. Most importantly, a commitment to safety, reliability, and caring for others.
