About us Primrose School of Woodbury is an accredited private preschool dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for young children. As part of our commitment to serving our families, we offer transportation services to help children get to and from their local public schools safely and on time. We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused Bus Driver to join our team. Position overview The Bus Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and reliable transportation of children enrolled at Primrose School of Woodbury to and from public schools in the surrounding Woodbury area. This role demands the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and care when transporting young passengers. Key responsibilities Safely transport children between Primrose School of Woodbury and assigned public schools in the local area according to established routes and schedules Conduct pre

• and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is safe, clean, and in proper operating condition Ensure all children are properly secured and seated before and during transport Maintain accurate transportation records including mileage, attendance, and any incidents Follow all federal, state, and local traffic laws and school transportation regulations Communicate promptly with school administration regarding route changes, delays, or safety concerns Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies and ensure child safety at all times Build positive, professional relationships with children, families, and school staff Qualifications Required — no exceptions Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements Valid Minnesota driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) physical examination Must pass a mandatory background check and drug/alcohol screening Minimum of 21 years of age, per Minnesota school bus driver regulations Ability to manage young children in a vehicle setting with patience and professionalism Preferred Prior experience driving a school bus or transporting children Familiarity with Woodbury-area public schools and roadways CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience working in a childcare or school environment What we offer Competitive pay commensurate with experience Consistent, predictable schedule aligned with the school year Tuition discount for employees' children enrolled at Primrose Supportive, family-oriented work environment Health, dental, and vision benefits (for eligible positions)
