What You'll Do As an Activities Bus Driver, you'll safely transport students to athletic events, field trips, academic competitions, concerts, and other school-sponsored activities while providing a safe and positive experience.

Your responsibilities include:

Safely transporting students and authorized passengers to and from school activities. Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus. Enforcing safety rules and maintaining appropriate student behavior. Following all traffic laws and defensive driving practices. Reporting accidents, incidents, maintenance concerns, or safety issues. Keeping the bus clean and ready for the next trip. Attending required meetings and training sessions. What We're Looking For Valid Minnesota Class B CDL with School Bus and Passenger Endorsements, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days (paid training available). Commitment to safety and outstanding customer service. Dependable, patient, and able to work independently. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with students, parents, coaches, and school staff. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Physical Requirements This position primarily involves sitting while driving (approximately 90%), with occasional walking and standing.
