Job Description

🚍 School Bus Driver (Part‑Time) Butler's Bus Service | Actual location: Allenstown/Pembrooke, NH for 2026/2027 School Year No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training. Already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements? ➡️ Earn a $8,000 SignOn Bonus (effective March 6, 2026) 💰
Pay & Schedule Pay:
$30.00/hour
Schedule:
Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM) Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours ✅ Why Drive with NRT? Paid CDL training — no experience required Attendance bonuses + referral bonus program Consistent hours, consistent pay Opportunities for extra hours (charters & activity trips) Part‑time benefits package: Dental, vision, 401(k), and more Supportive, safety‑first work environment Make a real impact in your local community 🚌 What You'll Do Safely transport students to and from school and events Drive assigned local routes Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections Maintain a clean, safe vehicle Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies 📝 Requirements CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!) Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one Safe driving record Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience Ability to pass background check & drug screening Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written) 👥 Ideal Candidates This role is specifically curated for those who value purpose over a 9-to-5 grind:
