Job Description
Job Overview We are a small family owned and operated School Bus Company. We support the Westmoreland, NH and Chesterfield, NH school districts. We have the need for a charter driver as well as a Home to School driver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, including children and adults, while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage behavior effectively while ensuring a positive experience for all passengers. Duties Operate a bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Ensure the safety of passengers during transit by conducting pre-trip inspections and maintaining the vehicle in good working condition. Manage passenger behavior to ensure a respectful and safe environment throughout the journey. Foster a positive relationship with passengers through exceptional customer service skills.
