School Bus Driver

Orange County Transit LLC is seeking to hire for Full-Time, Part-Time, Route Drivers, Per Diem Drivers, Trips and Charter Drivers. Fully Licensed BPS or CPS School Bus Drivers. Locations in Walden, NY and Middletown, NY. Experienced School bus drivers can earn up to $31.00 for Big Bus and $25.76 for Small bus. An average of 30 hours per week. Minimum 5-to-6-hour guarantee daily. Year-round work, guarantee 42 weeks per year.

Requirements:

CDL Class B License with "P" and "S" endorsements and airbrakes At least 23 years or older Minimum of 1-2 years of school bus driving experience preferred. Ability to pass DOT physical and DOT drug screening. Must have a clean driving history.

Flexible Schedules:

Monday through Friday AM and PM Shift AM only Shift PM only Shift Per Diem - work when available Sports, Trips and Charter Drivers Free "Behind the Wheel"

Training Program:

No Experience... No Problem. We offer free classes to help you obtain your CDL permit. Once you obtain your CDL permit we will train you behind the wheel to become a School Bus Driver! Must be willing to commit to employment for 10 months with the company.
