TopView Group is seeking energetic, highly experienced CDL Bus Operators to navigate our modern fleet of double-decker buses through the streets of NYC. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Extremely Competitive Pay:

$26.50/hour base, with the potential to earn up to $31.50/hour.

STRICT PUNCTUALITY & SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS

On-Time Reporting:

Unwavering reliability is required. You must report to the bus yard consistently on time and ready for dispatch.

Flexible Availability:

Our tours operate 7 days a week. You must be available to work a variety of shifts, which will include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Valid CDL A or B driver's license with Passenger (P) and Air Brakes endorsements. Minimum of two (2) years of commercial driving experience (strictly required for insurance purposes). New York State Article 19-A qualified. Must hold an active DOT Medical Card and pass all mandatory pre-employment and random DOT drug/alcohol screenings. Strong navigational understanding of NYC streets, highways, and traffic patterns. Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely navigate our modern fleet of double-decker coaches—primarily Van Hool TD925s and similar models—along TopView's five NYC routes. Provide basic, friendly customer service and information about TopView's routes when passengers board. (

Note:

All buses use pre-recorded audio tours.) Run a daily pre-trip and post-trip bus inspection and maintain accurate activity logs. Keep your dedicated driver's cab clean and organized.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to sit and operate a commercial vehicle for extended, continuous periods. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs when conducting bus inspections or assisting with equipment. Ready to drive with us? Apply on Indeed, or text/call us at 646-630-8634.
