Role:

TM Bus Inc is looking for a dedicated and safety-focused CDL School Bus Driver to join our team in the Spring Valley, NY! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in your community by safely transporting students to and from school each day. Responsibilities:

Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities along assigned routes Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure bus is in safe operating condition Maintain order and enforce safety rules for all passengers on the bus Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies at all times Communicate effectively with dispatchers, school staff, and parents as needed Complete accurate daily logs, incident reports, and other required documentation Assist students with special needs or disabilities when required

Requirements:

Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements Clean driving record with no major traffic violations Must pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check Prior school bus or commercial driving experience preferred Strong knowledge of Spring Valley/NYC roadways and traffic patterns a plus Patient, responsible, and dependable with excellent communication skills Ability to work split shifts, early mornings, and afternoons
