Job Description
CDL-A Truck Driver - Flexible Schedule | Columbus, OH Home Daily, OTR, or a mix of both — you choose. We are looking for an experienced CDL-A driver based out of Columbus, Ohio to run under Landstar . One of the biggest advantages of this position is the flexibility . We understand that every driver has a different lifestyle and different priorities, so we don't require you to stay on the road for weeks at a time. What Makes This Position Different? You have flexibility with how you run. Want to be home every day? We can work with that. Want to run OTR and stay out for a couple weeks? That's an option too. Want to mix home daily and OTR depending on your schedule? No problem. Need time off for vacation, family, appointments, or personal reasons? Take the time you need. No rigid schedule forcing you to stay out when you need to be home. Because we are operating under Landstar , there is flexibility in how we dispatch and plan your runs. We will work with you to find a schedule that fits your needs while still keeping you moving and earning. Pay $0.70-$0.75 per mile Direct deposit every week Consistent freight opportunities Flexible scheduling Driver Requirements Valid CDL-A Minimum 1 year of CDL-A driving experience Minimum 8 months of OTR experience Hazmat endorsement required Reliable and responsible Good communication and safe driving habits Location Columbus, Ohio This position is a great fit for a driver who wants to make good money without being locked into a traditional OTR schedule.
