- We are seeking a skilled Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from various locations.
Duties:
- Operate buses or vans following set routes and schedules
- Ensure passenger safety during transit
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior
- Communicate effectively with passengers and address any concerns
Skills:
- Experience in bus driving or van driving
- Commercial driving license (CDL) with passenger endorsement
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Proficient in behavior management techniques
- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with senior care transportation needs
